# Contact

The easiest way to reach the editorial team is by email. Use the address below for the kind of correspondence indicated.

General correspondence

For corrections, suggestions, or general questions about a published piece:

Email: editorial@triadive.com

Please include the URL of the relevant page in the subject line so the incoming message can be routed quickly.

What this inbox is for

  • Pointing out an error or an out-of-date statement in a published

article.

  • Suggesting a topic that fits the site's scope.
  • Asking a clarifying question about a concept or pattern discussed in a

piece.

What this inbox is not for

  • Support requests for OpenClaw itself. Those go to the platform's

official channels. Triadive is a third-party reference site, not a support desk.

  • Plugin installation help or troubleshooting for a specific workspace.

A general principle may help, but a private ticket does not.

  • Marketing, partnership, or commercial proposals. Those are read on a

long cadence and are not the right channel for time-sensitive work.

Response time

There is no SLA on responses. Most incoming mail receives a reply within a week; longer-form correspondence may take longer. If something is urgent, mention that in the subject line and it will be triaged sooner.

Editorial standards for replies

If a piece on the site is wrong, the correction goes on the page after verification, not in a private reply. Incoming messages that surface a genuine error are appreciated and credited (unless the sender prefers to remain anonymous).
